The Terrapin Tailgate Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Terrapin Beer Company (“Sponsor”), 265 Newton Bridge Road, Athens,GA 30607, and is administered by Rafflecopter (“Administrator”), PO Box 935,Boulder, CO 80306.
  
‍1.    SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:  The Sweepstakes begins at or about 11:59PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 15th, 2022and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2022 (“Sweepstakes Period”). 
2.    ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of Georgia & Alabama who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees, agents and officers of alcohol beverage retailers and distributors and their immediate family members and all other individuals/entities associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside Georgia & Alabama and where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.  

3.    HOW TO ENTER THESWEEPSTAKES:Internetaccess and a valid e-mail address are required to participate. During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may scan the QR Code found on print materials to visit www.terrapinbeer.com/terrapin-tailgate-sweepstakes(the “Website”) and submit his/her date of birth and ZIP Code. Note: anentrant is not required to scan a QR Code and may proceed directly to the Website to participate. If it is the entrant’s first time entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant must then complete registration by entering the information requested on the registration form, which may include without limitation: his/her first and last name (initials are not permitted), complete mailing address (P.O.Boxes are not permitted), date of birth, telephone number and affirmation he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the Official Rules.Upon completion and submission of the registration form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. 
Limit: Each entrant is limited to receiving one (1) entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period. If more than one (1) entry per day is received from the same person, telephone number, address, or e-mail address, only the first entry received may be considered valid. Message and data rates may apply. ‍4.    RANDOMDRAWING:  The Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winners from all eligible entries received. Each winner is considered a potential winner pending verification of his/her eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules. 

5.    PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) AND ODDS OF WINNING:  A.   Prizes (1 total): Each grand prize is two (2) tickets to an Atlanta Falcons regular season home game and Terrapin Tailgate.(“Prize”). 1 total Prize will be available in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of each Prize is $300. B.  Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries. C.   Conditions On Ticket Prizes:  Game datesand seat locations of ticket prizes are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each guest of a winner of a ticket prize must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Except as otherwise set forth herein, travel, transportation, parking,lodging, meals, and any and all other costs or expenses not expressly included in these Official Rules are not included in a ticket prize. Winner is responsible for all gratuities,transportation, lodging, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules.
