Feeling like switching up your favorite 5 o’clock happy hour drink as the weather heats up,but don’t want to stray too far from your favorite Terrapin beer? The Up-Hi Rene is a like a Shandy mixed with a Spritz, that makes a perfect warm weather drink for summer sipping!

Recipe

(makes 2 cocktails in 16oz glasses)

4 oz Grapefruit Vodka

2 oz Grapefruit Juice

8 oz seltzer

1 can Up-Hi IPA

Directions

In two glasses with ice, pour 2oz vodka,1oz grapefruitjuice, and ½ can of up-hi IPA in each. Stir lightly & top each with seltzer.

If you’re feeling fancy, add a slice of fresh grapefruit,or keep it casual and throw your cocktail in a silipint and head down to the beach with your Up-Hi towel to soak up some sun!
